The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The check-in process was very straightforward. The room was fairly clean. I did find a stain on the wall, but everything else was spotless. The room configuration is a little weird. The TV is small, but there was plenty to watch. Breakfast area is large. The food is what you'd expect for a free hotel breakfast. Coffee was HOT. Overall, I was happy with my stay. I'll be back when I'm in town again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Where should I start, property in general is disgusting. Staff is rude. Let’s talk elevators. They are BROKE you have to use a walkie talkie to get out of your floor. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. First room reeked of animal urine, second room was better at first. Then after 2 nights we realized how bad it was. From everything being broken in the room, to the cleanliness. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. I spent 2 weeks sick after staying in this hotel. And don’t bother speaking to the manager about the issues, because they don’t care. As someone who staying at Hilton properties 9 out of 12 months a year while traveling for work, this one shouldn’t even be open. I’m rethinking the Hilton brand after my stay here. Your better off in a super 8. And the price!!! And don’t book here for the pool as the pool has not been working since 2019.

The bed was fine. The room was nice. The breakfast was okay. But, that's about as far as the "good" goes. The elevator call buttons on my floor were broken and replaced with a walkie-talkie to call the front desk after which they sent the car. The containers of shampoo and shower gel in the shower were empty. The handle on the shower door was loose. The door bumper in the in the shower room was laying on the floor. All of these are no problem if I'm paying $100/night, but I expected more from a $200/night room.

Staff is wonderful. Rooms are bright and large. Nice overall feel. As a Diamond Member/Road Warrior I am extremely disheartened by the internet services. The download speed is poor @ 17 but useable and workable, when connected. Unfortunately it’s intermittent with long handshake times. I was constantly kicked off my connection on four separate devices. Internet in a hotel room is critical. This property is overall above average, but misses in a major need for me.

Run, don't walk from this location. from peeling wallpaper, to dirty dishes in the sink from check in, this hotel has got it all. When I checked in, I unpacked, got settled, and went to get some water, only to find forks with cake or other food residue crusted on them left in the sink. Very indicative of how well the sink had been cleaned, as you can imagine. When I called down to the front desk to report, the attendant very clearly sighed in frustration, spit out a "well that's just great" and snipped out "well what exactly do you want me to do about it? do you want me to come up and take care of it, or move your room". Here's the thing, had she been apologetic, or understanding, that would be one thing, but instead she was aggressive, and very clearly annoyed that I was bothering her with this. to top it all off, please note their very official sign on the third floor of the hotel instructing us to use a non-existent walkie talkie to call the elevator to our floor. This sign has been here for all three weeks of my stay. had it just been the room, I could move past that, but the staff here clearly could not care less about guests, and from downright hostility at worst, to general apathy at best, the vibe is not it.
